Tim works personally with individuals, families, and private businesses, providing accounting and managerial expertise focused on creative problem-solving. With a strong background in both accounting and wealth management, he offers professional guidance supported by over 25 years of experience. His relaxed and approachable style helps clients feel at ease when addressing their financial concerns.
Tim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University and is a member of both the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA. He and his wife, Tracy, have two sons, Kyle and Jackson, and reside in Kenosha, WI. In his free time, he enjoys spending weekends outdoors and attending his sons’ baseball and volleyball events.

Jeff provides accounting and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and private business clients. With over 30 years of experience, he offers a unique perspective that helps clients make informed financial decisions. His approach focuses on the practical execution of financial plans supported by clear and actionable advice.
Jeff earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and is a member of both the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA. He lives in Vernon Hills, IL, with his wife, Diane, and their twins, Sara and Matt. Outside of work, Jeff and his family enjoy vacationing at Disney and participating in football and fencing sporting events.

J.D. has been with Antos Advisors since 2005, starting as a tax preparer and reviewer. In addition to tax return work, he also does accounting, payroll, and QuickBooks consulting services. He currently serves as President of Antos Advisors Payroll, formerly First Pay, LLC, our firm’s payroll partner organization. Before joining our firm, J.D. served as Director of Human Resources for Verizon Avenue, a subsidiary of Verizon Communications.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Northern Illinois University and holds the Certified Compensation Professional designation from the American Compensation Association.

Allie brings a strong focus on organization and client support as she grows her career with Antos Advisors. With a natural talent for organization, she enjoys helping operations run smoothly and efficiently. She brings prior experience in customer relations, beginning with her first high school job at the Highland Park Recreation Center front desk, where she developed a strong foundation in working with people.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and looks forward to applying her relationship-building skills in her role. Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and Felix, her dog. She also enjoys Sunday football gatherings with friends.
